These Terms of Service govern your use of asnd.me and your purchase of products from ASND ("we", "us", "our"), a sole proprietorship operating from Sweden. By placing an order or using this website, you agree to these terms.
Our products
We sell cosmetic skincare products, including the GHK-Cu Serum. Our products are cosmetics and are not medicines: they are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition, and do not replace medical advice or treatment. If you experience irritation or an adverse reaction, discontinue use and consult a doctor. Keep out of reach of children. We recommend patch-testing new products before full use.
Orders and pricing
Prices shown to consumers on this website include applicable Swedish/EU VAT where required. Shipping costs are shown separately at checkout before you complete your purchase, and depend on your delivery destination and order value (see our Shipping Policy).
When you click the final purchase button at checkout, you are making an offer to buy that creates an obligation to pay. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order, for example in cases of pricing errors, suspected fraud, or unavailable stock, in which case we will notify you and refund any payment already made.
Right of withdrawal and returns
If you are a consumer, you generally have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal, and other statutory rights for faulty goods, as described in full in our Refund & Withdrawal Policy. Nothing in these Terms of Service limits or removes those statutory rights.
Your account and use of the website
You agree to provide accurate information when placing an order and to use this website only for lawful purposes. We may update, suspend, or discontinue any part of the website at any time.
Intellectual property
All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is owned by or licensed to ASND and may not be used without our permission.
Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. Subject to that, our liability to you is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant order, except as otherwise required by mandatory consumer law.
Governing law and dispute resolution
These terms are governed by Swedish law. If you are a consumer, this does not deprive you of any mandatory consumer-protection rights available to you under the law of the country in which you reside.
If you are unhappy with how we have resolved a complaint, you can refer your dispute to Sweden's General Complaints Board (Allmänna reklamationsnämnden, ARN) or, if you are an EU consumer, use the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent revision.
