This Shipping Policy explains how ASND ships orders placed at asnd.me, including delivery costs, free-shipping thresholds, and delivery times.
Where we ship
We currently ship to Sweden, the European Union/EEA, the United Kingdom, Norway, Switzerland, and a number of other countries shown at checkout. If your country is not available at checkout, we are unfortunately not yet able to ship there.
Shipping rates and free shipping
Shipping costs depend on your delivery country and order value, and are calculated and shown at checkout before you pay:
- Sweden: 39 SEK for orders under 399 SEK. Free shipping on orders of 399 SEK or more.
- European Union: €4.90 (or the equivalent in your checkout currency) for orders under €40. Free shipping on orders of €40 or more.
- United Kingdom, Norway, and Switzerland: approximately $6.90 USD or the local currency equivalent for orders under approximately $50 USD equivalent. Free shipping above that threshold.
- Rest of world: approximately $8.90 USD or the local currency equivalent for orders under approximately $60 USD equivalent. Free shipping above that threshold.
The exact amount charged at checkout, in your checkout currency, is always the definitive rate — any messaging elsewhere on the site is provided for guidance only.

Customs, duties, and import taxes
For orders shipped outside the European Union, your order may be subject to import duties, customs fees, or local taxes charged by your country's customs authority on delivery. These charges are not included in your order total and are your responsibility as the recipient. We are not able to predict or control these charges.
Risk of loss
Risk of loss or damage to products passes to you when you, or a third party you have designated, physically receives the products.
Lost, delayed, or damaged shipments
